CBD Dosage
We suggest and offer the 1500mgs package to help guarantee your success. We find that most people fail with CBD due to insufficient dosing. We could offer a 500mgs and 1000mgs bottle, but fear that you may be underdosed.
We suggest you work up to 25msg of CBD twice a day. With a 1500mgs bottle, that would mean 0.5mls (half a dropper full) twice a day You can start lower, but we suggest working up to 25mgs twice a day, can be taken three times a day if needed. Place under your tongue and hold for 3 minutes. It’s best if you use after a meal so that when you swallow it will absorb better(bioavailability). The tincture will provide you with greater levels of CBD in your body and last up to 6 hours.
