With a 1500mgs bottle, that would mean 0.5mls (half a dropper full) twice a day You can start lower, but we suggest working up to 25mgs twice a day, can be taken three times a day if needed. Place under your tongue and hold for 3 minutes. It’s best if you use after a meal so that when you swallow it will absorb better(bioavailability). The tincture will provide you with greater levels of CBD in your body and last up to 6 hours.
